As CEO and Chairman of the Executive Board, Martin Henck has overall responsibility for six organisational units.
These in turn are led by Rainer Hoop (Innovation and Quality), Marius Glaubitz (Managing Director Hilcona Germany), Peter Schmidheiny (Supply Chain, Deputy CEO), Simone Brosy Widmer (Food Retail Switzerland/International), Hans-Peter Frei (Food Service Switzerland/Europe) and Bernd Wurster (Corporate Services).
They are reported to by the approximately 40 members of the Hilcona Management Team (HMT). HMT includes who-company and divisional roles.
